As far as multiplayer games go I have Dead or Alive 4, Ridge Racer 6, Halo 3, Perfect Dark Zero, Wartech: Senko No Ronde, Rumble Roses XX, Virtua Fighter 5, Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter (I suck at that game), Dead or Alive Xtreme Volleyball 2, Over G Fighters, and Culdcept Saga (an awesome game that lets you build a deck of monster cards and then go over a board defending territories with them).
For non-multiplayer I have Ninja Gaiden 2, Bioshock, Spectral Force 3, Operation Darkness, Mass Effect, Eternal Sonata, Blue Dragon, Lost Odyssey, Enchanted Arms, Kameo: Elements of Power, Earth Defense Force, and Fallout 3.
The only reason the selection seems huge is because I owned a 360 since the beginning, yet I also waited to buy a few of those games until they were really cheap too (I bought Mass Effect not too long ago for example). I have a few Xbox Live Arcade games as well.
Oops, you said you had enough to pick up a few games, I read your comment too fast. Hopefully you find some games you like however, maybe you'll have a game I can play you online with sometime! ^_-
Don't let the naysayers get you down by the way, I like your blogs and it's obvious that you never mean any harm when you debate subjects that do have some importance to them, given our crazy world always has so many things going on with it.
At least you had a better starting point than I did, I bought one when they first came out and the only games I wanted at the time were Dead or Alive 4 and Ridge Racer 6. Wartech: Senko no Ronde is another personal favorite, Eternal Sonata, Blue Dragon, Lost Odyssey, and I even liked Bioshock. Of course, games don't come cheap, and even I have a little wish list for titles I have yet to pick up. However, it does suck to hear you lack funds at the moment, best of luck to you! ^_-
