True, but that was designed for a console. I suspect that everything was finely tuned for a lack of buttons.

Though I have to admit, I'm worried controllers are going to keep "growing" buttons and eventually become too complex.

Not only did she do them wrong,
she did every one of them in.
So, have you heard?

Poor design choice by Sony, there is no way the average human's thumbs can reach from those thumbsticks to all of the keys on that thing...

Poor design choice by Sony even without the keyboard attachment...

Meh, I've always liked the Dualshock design since its inception for the PS1, my only gripe about the 6axis and the DS3 are the L2/R2 triggers, but I got attachments to fix that for me.

Yeah....like that....Not that I don't see the greatness to a keyboard for all the times you need to type stuff(which is more and more often) but still, it's just a bit silly.

I could see those keyboard/pads being useful for chatting, internet and times where you have to input information, but actual gaming would seem out of place to me. I was thinking that an actual keyboard/mouse setup could be used. I believe Unreal Tournament 3 had keyboard/mouse support on the PS3. So I was just saying that using a keyboard/mouse setup for a console MMO wouldn't be completely out of the question.

It was for Phantasy Star Online... and actually, according to people who used it, it worked really well. It was very easy to use, you lay it on your lap and you were able to control the game and type with the keyboard very easily. None of that tini tiny button pushing stuff...

I don't know whether that thing is absurdly awesome, or just absurdly awkward...

Actually, it's absurdly awesome. I'm not saying that because it's a Nintendo thing, but because my PC isn't at a desk. I have my keyboard on my lap much like how you would use that controller sitting on your lap and it's pretty damn comfortable.

Thanks for the update, I get that the whole Jedi vs. Sith thing is the main focal point of the game, but I wish they would have shown more of the other classes. So far though, while I can't say I'm overly impressed, I'm not disheartened either, this game could still go either way for me...

Red 3w, custom milled w/ brass at the emitter and the end of the pummel (both with Sith text)
