Does anyone here use Two screens monitors on their personal computer for Gaming? I just wanted to know because I've just set up my new HD television with it VGA port onto my PC. Could it be used to play Video games?

I managed to set it up to play my recorded American programs I got recorded on my PC. I just want to know if other programs can be used....

I used to use dual monitors with my laptop but now I use my large monitor to play Xbox 360. But yes, it's just like having a huge desktop and for WoW you can just drag the window to your other monitor and maximize it (windowed mode).

I use my HDTV as a second screen to videos and such on my PC, but I've never used it for gaming purposes. Thought if I did, I'd make sure I had a very up to date PC and the video card(s) I were using were designed to be used that way.

I say that because having two screens eats into your PC's performance... though mostly when you're running more high end programs/games.

I don't think you'll see any noticeable drop in performance than you already would see from playing games at high resolution from using dual monitors.

Okay if you play a few seconds in on the youtube video oof bioshock that Kookee posted, your see on two of the three monitors a Nene wallpaper with this image. This means that the person playing this is a BGC 2040 fan and maybe had been a member of this forum when it was the Crisis center
