Videogame Magazines

My very old collection of the official Australian Playstation Magazine I had collected back when I was 10-12 years old. These have been out of print for years now. I don't know how much these would be worth if I put it on ebay but I still have most of the free demo discs that came along with nearly all of them. I don't think they'd fetch that much anyway since some of them have torn pages and covers, didn't really take good care of them back then did I ? The magazine issue numbers are listed below from left to right.

01. Issue 20 March 1999
02. Issue 02 June 1999
03. August/September 2000 Issue
04. December 2000 Issue
05. Official Australian Playstation Tips Special (with bonus exclusive booklet)
06. January/February 2001 Issue
07. March 2001 Issue
08. April 2001 Issue
09. May 2001 Issue
10. June 2001 Issue
11. Official Australian Playstation 2 Magazine Issue 01 2001

I used to collect a tonne of videogame magazines back in the day... I used to have a tonne of Nintendo Magazine System, but also had plenty of EDGE and some other magazines I can't remember the names of... of course the Internet made me stop, cause who really wants to pay for information that you can get for free (and legally)?

It really takes you on a nostalgia trip to read old gaming magazines, when people were still speculating over Playstation 2 and so forth ^^

You mean like how the PS2 was so powerful that it could crash the internet?... or how it could launch nuclear missiles, or how it was lightyears ahead of the Dreamcast but ended up being less capable? What else is there? *thinks*

Note: Sony made the claim that the PS3 could crash the Internet too.

I got a one-year subscription to GameInformer when I signed up for the Edge card at Gamestop because it turned out they were actually paying me to sign up, I dunno how that worked out lol. But I didn't renew.

PCMANIA are the magazines I used to buy, they're printed in Spain. But now they are too expensive and internet is cheaper.

I use to own copies of Nintendo Power back in the middle to late 90's. They were tore up and I left them in my old house. I currently receive Game Informer since I signed up with a plan at GameStop. The game magazine have lost their usefulness due to the internet. Still, the magazine make good bathroom reading material.
