Oh boy.... This time they are back and playing for their own side, but it still the same old humor seen in the first.

It will be released on PS3, 360 and Windows.

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 continues the story of Preston Marlowe, George Gordon Haggard Jr., Terrence Sweetwater and Samuel D. Redford. Bad Company 2 is geared towards being a suspenseful and serious campaign while continuing the humor from the first game

I have never played the first one, guess the style just didn't appeal to me. I know it's different from most shootan gaems though with the humor which is good, just not good enough for me to get it I guess. XD

The first Bad Company had a horrid single-player campaign, I couldn't even finish it, but if you have played a Battlefield game on the PC then you know that it's always been about the online multi-player. Bad Company's multi-player was pretty fun, my college friend and I played it a lot when it first came out, but he dropped out of college and so he couldn't use his roommate's PS3 so I stopped playing xD. That being said, I'd expect more of the same in this game, moderate single-player with a solid online offering. Though I'd prefer if DICE went back to the PC and made a Battlefield 3.

Yeah, I played the first one and the single player was pretty meh so I didn't bother trying to finish it... plus I don't have time for the multiplayer aspect of the game so it's pretty much wasted on me.

I just loved firing Heavy Artillary down on a single Sniper..... Oh the payback for Snipers from Counterstrike feel my Wrath.....

Overall it not your standard game of FPS, it takes a certain brand of gunner to live this game. If you can't live and breath this game it ain't for you, there no stealth in this game, If blow them up as fast as you can.... mindless destrution

Mind you, this time around I hear that the buildings are truely destructable unlike they claimed last time which was better then nothing....

The game isn't hard... it's just not that interesting. I mean, fair enough that it's a differen kind of an FPS... at first it was like "hey... different" but then it quickly got "eh, i'm over it now"

Yea, a Battlefield game is meant for multi-player, maybe they'll prove me wrong with this sequel, but I just don't think the BF style translates well to single player campaigns.

A Co-op game would be nice with BC

Because I think playing with those three all by yourself.... Overkill! I think I wasted a whole round of ammon on just trying to shoot these guys.... Mortar strike after motar strike on Sweetwater and Haggard

Yeah, co-op for these kinds of games is what makes them interesting to play on their story modes.

Yes it is true, and not for the obvious reasons you're probably thinking too.

Smart developers use co-op to make the game that much different and allow players to use different strategies to complete the game than it being just "single player with two or more people"...

You've played a lot of PS2 games, have you ever played Syphon Filter: The Omega Strain? The online cooperative missions for that game were excellent, they were the same missions as the single player campaign except that with 2-4 people there were different routes that you could take throughout the level to finish it quicker, or you could tackle the objectives in a different order, it offered a lot of variety in the manner in which you could effectively complete a single mission.

I hope there a better way to deal with TK on this new verison, TK on multiplayer maps where a pain in the ass. Some one would hog the Heavy Artillary piece on key maps and there would always be someone on their team, who can't wait for simple ask for time on the gun. They would have to Stab their way onto the gun....... 'Shake head' TK are a Pain in the ass
