At this stage, all current arrangements regarding rights held by various film, television and video game studios not part of Marvel or Disney and it's various outlets are being honoured.
As Iron Man was made by a creative outlet of Marvel, the most likely effect of the purchasing of Marvel would be that Disney via one of thier many production arms distributes the film to the cinemas and/or DVD.
