I've been playing lots of ...FFCCMLaaK... lately.

My town is prospering pretty well and everyone is happy... it's actually been pretty easy to manage things so far. Most of my adventureres are around lv25 at the moment and I've completed half of the dungeons on the map... I've almost developed all of the land in the castle too.

What about when the random foreigners came to work for you?

LOL, oh yeah.

I was talking to Chim on msn while playing MLaaK and I noticed that there were a few adventurers around that I wasn't familiar with. I think Chim has the msn convo logged... *gets*

jeebus wait a second... i didn't hire any of these people... who did?
Lynk says (07:04):
aaah, they're all foreigners
Chim says (07:04):
Lol your workers are taking over
Lynk says (07:04):
XD they're from out of town but they're working for me for the day
Lynk says (07:04):
good enough for me
The reason I had adventurers from out of town working for me is because I had just built an Inn lol.

Still playing RE4Wii...I love it and I'm getting a lot better, but I'm still finding it to be extraordinarily difficult at times. I had to restart the game due to my obsession with completing the beerstein and mask treasure hunts XD though the sick thing is that I absolutely didn't mind starting over...the game is that much fun for me. Can't believe I went this long owning a Wii without picking it up. It's not like I didn't have other games on my plate, tho, and this certainly feels like a departure from my usual style of gaming, so in a way it's a nice vacation. I won't say that the game doesn't have its share of absolutely obnoxious moments and forced-into-the-situation-blind fights, since it does, but even those are worth the time and effort...however infuriating they may be at first.

Again, thanks *very* much to Moel and Lynk for the suggestion.

Actually, it's all about keeping your cool. The game does things to try to get you to panic and make the wrong decisions which end up screwing you over pretty hard if you're not careful. But, if you stay calm and keep a clear head, you'll be able to figure out ways of dealing with situations so that you're in control.

I definitely learned a lot about keeping my cool in hectic situations throughout my first run through RE4 XD I still panic, but familiarity is helping me remain calm. I finally finished the game and now I'm doing another quick run on Normal before I try making the upgrade to Pro. I picked up the GCN remake of the original RE (was gonna go with RE: Deadly Silence for DS but I was warned off of it by multiple sources) and (you'll be THRILLED to hear this Lynk XD) KILLER7 for $9USD new =D I'm really excited to fire both of these up and grab my beloved GCN controller in all its glory.

I feel bad about pushing The World Ends With You onto the backburner again, tho...but there were no copies in stock at my GameStop so I feel at least somewhat justified in the decision.

Plenty of gaming afoot in the spinkle house, haha.

I've been away for awhile... cause I've been playing lotsa stuff XD

Firstly, got Super Smash Bros. Brawl, woot. Playing a tonne of that!

And also, got to play some Metal Gear Solid 4, woot. Haven't played much, only got as far as meeting up with Meryl. It's great... but it really isn't as r evolutionarily good as some people make it out to be. The perfect scores people give it are cause they're in the high of the moment which is understandable, but there are certain things about the game I've noticed...

It's not THAT realistic... it's just MGS3 but in HD and better animation. Also, I did enjoy the gameplay, despite having to fiddle with menu options quite often... which funnily enough grows progressively with each MGS series game. In the first one there was no use for a menu, just a codec, map and the weapon and item selects. Then the second one was pretty much the same. Then MGS3 made things more complicated by making you go into the menu often to do various thing and then MGS4 gets even more complicated with the menu fiddling...

It's still great though, it's just that there are a few issues in terms of balancing the menu work, the gameplay and the cutscenes...

I rented Grand Theft Auto 4. I'm going to be playing that game most of the time during the week I rented it.

I was playing MGS 4 last week and finished it.

I'm currently playing Spectral Souls for the PSP. A great Strategy RPG for the PSP.

I'll be playing Brain Age on the DS while I'm out of town... Sudoku is really addictive. I'll bring Polarium along too because I haven't played that in a while.

I've decided to play through Metroid Prime 3 Corruption again to test out my HDTV... and also cause this TV is a lot bigger than my last TV so it's gonna be even more fun in first person view XD

Picked up Mass Effect for PC, been rocking that for the last week or so. Excellent game, though it took me a good while to adapt to combat (not that that's unusual for me or anything)

I'm insanely excited for Final Fantasy IV DS, but I'm going to try to wait to pick it up because I know there's no way in hell I'll finish Mass Effect anytime soon if I start playing a DS FF game. XD

I've been playing Hyper mode of MP3C... guh @ Dark Samus... I can get her down to a sliver of health before she takes me out x.x I have to figure out how to defeat her while still having enough health left to effectively fight the next boss (which has two phases) which comes right after the fight with her...

I'd kind of like to get Mass Effect but I don't know if I'd want it for PC or Xbox, and I just don't know if I want to get it at all XD I spend so much of my gaming time playing WoW I tend to neglect other games.
