Right now, I'm listening to Gyakuten Saiban meets Jazz Soul... I don't know who came up with the idea to make a Jazz Soul album of the Ace Attorney soundtrack... but fuck they're a genius

I can't believe no one's mentioned Halo yet.The music from the series is the very definition of 'epic'.

I was never really much of a fan of the music from Halo until Halo 3 ODST... very nice music in that game. I have the soundtracks for the other games in the series but I don't really like them that much... so yeah, ODST is where it's at for me.

You should listen to the orchestra version. It's a mash-up of different pieces from the second Halo game.Everytime I hear it, a warm feeling passes through me.The music is among the best VG's offer;right up there with the MGS series. Here you go,you'll thank me hopefully:

That is THE most epic theme. Nearly brought me to tears when I first heard it,and made me a dedicated fan of the MGS series, although I still dislike the gameplay(being a Halo fag).
Recommend you check out the Video Games Live cover of Medal of Honour and Civilisation IV too; they are BEAUTIFUL.There are links to both on the youtube link I posted earlier.
