Gametrailers.com - No More Heroes 2 - TGS 08: Debut Trailer

Apparently coming to the DS... at least that's what it suggests by the "Desperate Struggle" sub-title.

Either way... FUCK YEAH!

Actually, now that I think about it, it could very well be that the game is for Wii but Suda51 is trolling us by putting the Despeate Struggle there cause a few DS games had the D and S subtitles in them lol.

Also, lol Screaming Mantis.

Also, fuck yeah I hope Shinobu comes back in NMH2 as an ally.

More Info:

Seems like NMH2 is coming out sometime in 2010 and has been confirmed to be on Wii, NOT DS... I knew the DS line was a lie XD... I know, 2010 seems pretty far away, but be patient. North America will most likely see a January 2010 release with Europe seeing it in Feb/March.

Also, did ya notice that Travis' beam katana is white/blue instead of green?... Wasn't Sir Henry Motherfucker's beam katana white/blue?...

I noticed that it looks like the beam swords on Phantasy Star Online with that bit near the handle that spurts outwards

Heh. No NMH2 for Japan.

And Europe/Australia gets two versions, one with all the violence, blood and gore intact, and one edited version. Nice.

More about NMH2... Suda is confirming that he has no plans to take the series away from Wii and also some detais...

- first sequel Grasshopper has done
- urge to make another game with Travis motivated the team
- Travis is motivated by revenge in the sequel
- Travis will take a more serious approach to fighting this time
- Team from NMH1 is involved with NMH2

It's worth the time, Jeff. Just do at least two runs before making a complete judgment on the game =)

I'm glad Suda is confident in the Wii's abilities...and "Travis will take a more serious approach to fighting this time" hints that the controls are going to be a lot more...waggle-friendly =D

More talk of NMH2... ... man, quite a lot of info lately though we still know jack all about the game other than it's coming and it'll be awesome.

Also, people are theorising that NMH2 will make use of WiiMotion+

Even more info!

Quote:
Taking place three years after the end of the first title, No More Heroes: Desperate Struggle sees hero Travis Touchdown embark on a mission of revenge following the murder of his best friend. Featuring improvements to the game engine and graphics, Suda51 also promises a far busier Santa Destroy, much darker tone and also a few surprises to come.

So after getting my Wii back from my friend that had it for hmm over 6 months, I went ahead and ebay'd No More Heroes, it came in the mail, and all I have to say about this game is... "If awesome had a taste, NMH would be quite delicious!" XD yea yea, poorly edited quote I know.

Now you gotta get MadWorld and House of the Dead Overkill and a billion other games you're missing.

Trailer is filled with "Fuck yeah! No More Heroes!!", looks amazing. I hate that I haven't beaten NMH yet and don't have my Wii for another 2-3 months. :/
